Cyberce 

History

    Cyberce was founded by Barry Caudill in 1983. Where being a real estate broker on the central coast of California San Luis Obispo he opened a real estate school for training and licensing new agents and students to sell real estate. Then in 1995 he opened a trade school know as West coast schools , courses taught included, real estate Licensing, licensed real estate appraisers, paralegal, medical and insurance licensing. Now they have many approved courses in many states for continuing education in real estate and insurance.

 Method of Presentation

     We offer only online or correspondence only. And all courses have online testing with instant certificate where allowed by the state in which you are taking your course. We also offer some book and manuals along with material on how to pass the state exam the first time. Either CDs or manual material.

 Completion Time.

     You must complete the course within one year from the date you enrolled. If the final exam is not completed within one year the course will expire and you will have to re-enroll and pay the additional fee. No credit will be given and you must start over.

Examination requirement

     You will be required to pass a course final examination with a passing grade of 70% in order to be given credit for the course. All exams are administered 100% online. With instant grading and issuing your certificate where you can print out after passing your exam where permitted by the state you are taking the exam.

Certificate of Completion

     Once you have passed the final examination for the courses you have enrolled, cyberce will provide you with an official Certificate of Completion online. Your Certificate will indicate the number of credit hours earned and the course approval category. You will be allowed to print this certificate out of your account. Provided the state you are taking the course for is allowed.

 Minimum System Requirements.

     A computer with internet connection and a web browser. 

Refund Policy

     The student has a right to a full refund of all charges up to 10 days after enrollment, provided the student did not download the final exam, and you were never issued a Certificate of completion.

     If the student buys a book or printed manual there is no refund given for any printed material, or books.

   All refunds for cancellations will be paid within 30 days of cancellation.  

Grading System

  In order to pass a course, you must achieve a minimum score on the course final exam.  The minimum is 70%.
