Refund Policy:
The student has a right to cancel with a full refund of all charges up to ten (10) days after enrollment. Refunds for cancellations will be paid within 30 days. Refunds are not provided if the final exam has been accessed or if we have issued a certificate of completion. If a student purchases a book or other printed material, there will be no refund for such printed materials once they have been sent.
Final Examination:
The Final Exam consists of 100 Multiple Choice Questions. The exam will be a timed exam with 150 minutes allotted for completion. The minimum passing grade is 60% correct answers. A second version of the Exam will be available to a student that fails the first exam. The second exam will also be 100 multiple choice questions, at least 100% different from the first exam.Principles home study final exam is 90 Minutes allotted to complete.
Completion Policy:
The course is a 45-hour course, and the course outline will be offered in sections with incremental assessments (quizzes) offered after each section. A student will not be able to take the final exam until the requisite time has passed.
A student must complete the course within one year of the date he first enrolled. If the final exam is not completed within one year, the course will expire, and no credit will be given. To continue with the course, a student will have to re-enroll and pay an additional fee.
If a student fails, the course after taking the second final exam the student must re-enroll in the course; there is no additional fee as long as the student is within the one-year term of signing up, but the course still must be completed within one year of the initial enrollment.
Internet Course Identification Statement:
A student registering for this course must provide a CA valid driver's ID or State ID along with a valid email address. Go To www.westcoasteducators.com to access course materials the student must log in with a “username” and “password” created upon registration.
Certificate of Completion:
Once the student has passed the final examination for any Cyberce course that student has enrolled in, CyberCE will provide an official Certificate of Completion for that course. The certificate will be provided online and will indicate the number of credit hours earned, and the course approval number. The certificate will be placed into the student’s account where it can be printed out. Web site www.westcoasteducators.com.
Correspondence Course Identification Statement:
Participants shall present one of the following forms of identification immediately before the administration of the final examination:
- A. A current California driver’s license.
- B. A current identification card described in Section 13000 of the California Vehicle Code
- C. Any identification of the participant issued by a governmental agency or a recognized real estate related trade organization within the immediately preceding five years which bears a photograph, signature and identification number of the participant.
Minimum System Requirements:
A computer with internet connection and a web browser are required to register for and to complete this course.
