CyberCE was founded in 1983 by Barry Caudill with a simple mission: to help aspiring professionals launch successful careers through quality, accessible licensing education. What began in San Luis Obispo as a small real estate school has since evolved into a fully accredited provider of professional education across the real estate, insurance, and construction industries.

In 1995, the program expanded under the name West Coast Schools, offering vocational training designed to meet the growing demand for flexible, state-approved career preparation. Today, formally known as West Coast Educators, we proudly serve students across multiple states—and continue to expand—helping thousands pass their licensing exams and take confident steps into their next professional chapter

Meet Michelle Caudill – Continuing the Mission

Now under the leadership of Michelle Caudill, daughter of founder Barry Caudill, West Coast Educators enters a new era rooted in legacy and driven by innovation. Having grown up immersed in the world of licensing and continuing education, Michelle stepped into leadership to carry her father’s vision forward—with her own bold commitment to excellence, student success, and growth.

Michelle brings a well-rounded professional background to her role, with experience in accounting, small business consulting and development, and a successful real estate career of her own. Her deep understanding of both the professional industries we serve and the evolving education landscape makes her uniquely qualified to lead West Coast Educators into its next exciting chapter.

West Coast Educators offers fully online and correspondence-based courses, designed with the busy professional in mind. Learn at your own pace, on your own time—with tools that support real-world success:

  • Online exams with instant grading and certificate issuance (where permitted)
  • Printed books, study guides, and optional CDs/manuals
  • Step-by-step prep designed to help you pass your exam on the first attempt

Completion Timeline & Testing

  • All courses must be completed within one year of enrollment
  • A 70% or higher is required to pass the final exam
  • Exams are administered 100% online with instant results and downloadable certificates

Certificate of Completion

Upon successful completion of your course, you will receive an official Certificate of Completion via your student account. Each certificate includes the course title, credit hours earned, and approval category.

To complete your course, you’ll need:

  • A reliable internet connection
  • A current web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)

Refund Policy

Full refunds are available within 10 days of enrollment if:

  • The final exam has not been downloaded, and
  • No certificate of completion has been issued

Please note: Printed books and manuals are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 30 days.
